1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.


2. Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Damaged or Defective Product
If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Incorrect Item Received
If you receive a different item than what you ordered, inform us within 24 hours.

To request a refund, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photo showing the issue

After review and approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery

  • Products that have been consumed, partially used, or not in original condition

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer


4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement.

  • To cancel, contact us immediately at contact@magadhswad.shop.

  • Orders already processed or dispatched cannot be canceled.
